Test series

The Indian cricket team are scheduled to tour Australia from 4 December 2014 to 6 January 2015. The tour consists of four Test matches.


Indian selectors have selected 19 members squad for the 4 test matches series. Naman Ojha has been included as the backup for Wriddhiman Saha in the first test match. MS Dhoni will not be a part of team in Brisbane test due to injury. Virat Kohli will lead India in the first test. On the other hand Australian selectors have selected 12 members for this test series . Australian test captain Michael clarke has to pass fitness test before appearing in the first test match at Gabba as Australia declares schedule.

Carlton Mid ODI Tri-Series

Main article: Carlton Mid Triangular Series in Australia in 2014–15

The Carlton Mid ODI Tri-Series will be played among the host Australia, India and England. The tournament will be a double round robin format. It is scheduled to commence on 16 January 2015 and will end on the 1 February.
